Is it possible to restore the IAP's?

in iPad (Archive)
I can't figure out where the restore IAP button is (if they have one). If there isn't one, is there anyway of getting them back without re-buying them?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

    Like the extra characters.

    IAP being in app purchase.

    As with every other apple IAP, you won't be charged again even if it initially shows a price.
    Just click "purchase", and it'll say you already own this item, and offer you to download for free.

    They'll never charge you again for an IAP you already own.

    A word of caution: The restore button is mandatory and a rejection reason in review.

    I didn't have to restore anything. When I removed BG on my iPad and installed again (forgot to backup my saves though... >_>), the extra portraits and Neera were there already in my new game without doing anything extra.
