XPcap.2da help

Hello,
Can anyone tell me where to find the appropriate file that sets the xp cap? I've extracted the xpcap.2da but it states the number 89000 which is the vanilla cap and therefore no longer applies. Unsurprisingly altering it has no effect in game. Can the file be found and manually altered or is that no longer possible ?
