SCS "Move NPCs to more convenient locations" Component

As the Gibberlings 3 Forums are currently down, I am unable to find out where the npcs have been moved. I have found eldoth but where are the others? (namely viconia, edwin, shar-teel)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Viconia is near the road south of Beregost. Edwin and Shar-Teel aren't moved.

Could you tell me where i can find this mod? Is it a component of BG2 Tweak Pack or something else? Google said that is component of Sword Coast Stratagems - is this mod compatible with bg:ee?

It is a part of sword coast stratagems but it also has a similar effect to the BG1 NPC Project (found on the same page). And currently no, it does not work on BGEE.
