Cleric/Ranger can't achieve "fallen" status

Currently Cleric/Ranger do not "fall" when reputation is below 4, they do not fall at all. I believe they did it in BG1 and by the AD&D rules and common sence they must share this feature with regular rangers.

    Registered. Btw, Rangers fall when their reputation is below 6; it's Paladins that fall when it's below 4.
