Game Update 5 mentions crash is fixed when changing areas...

Well, unfortunately it is not true.

I still experience crashing with it. It was more of a freak occurrence, but it did happen.

Steps:
1) I was in one of the rooms upstairs of an Inn in Beregost.
2) Inn has 2 exits.
3) Click on one exit.
4) Wait for the party to get near the exit as if they are ready to go through.
5) Change your mind and click on the other.
6) When the party gets to the other exit and they try to go through, the game crashes.

I couldn't reproduce this. Got a crash dump maybe?

    How do I get it?

The game drops a pop up window (on PC). It writes where the dump file is.

What happened is that the game is "on top", so the error message was beneath the game. So all I could do after 5 mins of inactivity (yes I waited 5 minutes) I realized something was wrong so I just pushed Enter which closed everything. I guess the "OK" or "Cancel" button of the error popup was focused.

Shouldn't you know where the game dumps the file though? I thought you'd give me a path, it can't just be a random directory anywhere on the hard drive...

    Thanks,

I didn't give a path, because my path is likely not your path.
    Here is what i see:

And yeah, something with how they compile these files caused the dmp to grow.
Originally they were a mere 5M, now they are huge. (Due to static linking if that means something to you).

Heh OK... Well... :\ I wish I could be of more assistance, but I'm not sure I'm capable of uploading a 306MBs file... :\
