Can you get the new missions without recruiting the new characters?

    Pretty sure the only new quest content currently in the game is the companion ones. So the answer is no, for now... apparently there's a new quest line in the works though.

    Yeah, this is really annoying. Hopefully future content will be accessible without forcing certain party members on you.
