[BUG] - Weapons slots for fighter

Can anybody help me to solve the following ?

On the character bar below the main screen, I see only 3 slots for the 1st weapon and 2nd weapon not armed meanwhile the character is equipped, both in the inventory screen both in the game screen.

    What happens when you reequip the weapon?

    The same happens for me to Imoen. Re-equipping the weapon solves this.

    Nothing changes, if I fully equip the "first hand" slots, the 3rd weapon apperas on the "second hand" of character on the main screen
