Enlarged screen

I am almost certain that my bug has been posted before, but I was wondering if any of you guys found a solution that when you start the game you will see an enlarged screen. Showing only about 25% of the reel screen (upper left of the normal screen). I can switch it to window mode using alt-return and then the regular screen appears. My labtop has Window 7 and a NVIDIA card.
