Jaheira curse (spoiler)

in New Players (NO SPOILERS!)
When I played it more than 10 years ago, I remember that some guy cursed Jaheira with something linked to her hair... I was never able to undo the curse...

Don't remember more details (I'm quite sure this was in the Baldur's Gate City).

I did not found this guy in this gameplay.

Can someone tell me about this?
