Durlag Tower: Ike (The Skeleton) Is Frozen

Well the title says it all. I entered Durlag Tower and I think Ike(the skeleton who gives tours) is suppose to meet me at the enterance, but instead he just stands near the staircase, without any movement not even idle animation. When I try talk to him my characters also stop, they do not even try to approach him.

Also I have the latest patch, and still it didn't help with the bug concerning Neera not talking at Friendly Arm Inn.

    Nevermind problem with mistaken identity.....but still the Neera problem persists.
