Cloudpeaks is visible but unreachable

Do I have to go somewhere specific to enter the cloudpeaks?

    You have to take the exit south of the Nashkel mines to get there.

    Do you have complete any other quests first? I've gone through the south exit of the mines and Cloudpeaks never shows up.

    You are required to have the appropriate party member, and be at the appropriate point in their quest, much like the Bandit Camp.

    Help!

    Cloud Peaks doesn't even show up on my map. I finished the majority of the game, including Tales of the Sword Coast areas, and Rasaad is in my party. But there is nowhere Cloud Peaks can be found. If I try to exit Nashkel Mines to the South, the new area doesn't show up.

    What should I do?

    If you've had at least two conversations with Rasaad, which you probably have by now unless you recruited him recently, go to the southern district of Baldur's Gate for an...event. After this, go to the second floor of the Blade and Stars inn and talk to Sorrem. Only after you have his note will the area show up on your map.

    go to Ulgoths bears and then you can go to cloud peaks if it is already on your map but cant click it
