[BUG] Wizard Slayers can use several magical items

A Wizard Slayer can use Imoen's Wand of Magic Missiles, the Claw of Kazgaroth, and the Horn of Kazgaroth. There might be others as well, but I have not found them yet. The expected behaviour is that these items should not be useable by a Wizard Slayer.
