How to mod/hack casting speed ?

With Shadowkeeper I can't make faster spellcasting and faster crossbow speed .
Is there a way ?
In BG2 there was ability Aclarity which made spells faster.

    You have to add a custom effect that increases your casting speed to either your character or an equipped item. It can be done with DLTCEP or some other modding tool. Alternatively you could probably use the console to create a Robe of Vecna (WA2ROBE) that increases your casting speed.
