[Bug] Can't get party member to rejoin

Running a custom party and I removed a few from the group so I could level faster. All of the members went through their dialog motions and offered a rejoin option dialog except my Priest of Lothander. For some reason, when I tried to initiate dialog, it said "Charname has nothing to say to you". It is like it thinks that my Priest of Lothander is initiating the dialog instead of Charname.

Expected behavior: Priest of Lothander should offer standard dialog options after a party reform.
