[Exploit] Killing new characters

Killed Dorn and Neera and got their magic items early off at the Friendly Arm Inn. No onlookers went hostile or fled. No guards were summoned or reputation lost. In other words, easy magical items right off the bat with no recourse. Rasaad in Nashkel though seemed to trigger the guards nearly every time I attacked him.

Also repeated this behavior with Khalid and Jaheera and got the same results that I got with Dorn and Neera.

Maybe make Neera and Dorn's items special to their character or have some sort of guards summoned and reputation loss?

    You could just invite them, strip them naked, then boot them from party. This is what I have done to get the gem bag from Neera, and her robe early on for my main character. you don't get anything even decent from any of them, this really isn't an issue.

    Nothing decent? For a party just starting out, they have pretty good stuff. Dorn has a +1 Two Handed Sword and I think Neera has a Quarterstaff +1 along with here magical robes.
