    some tutorial ? ok

    1. Download DLTCEP, Unpack & Install - Directory for installation isnt important, Run DLTCEP.EXE
    2. When program running click on left bottom button "SETUP"
    3. In new window fill
    SetupName: anything
    GameType: U can chose BG1&TOSC
    Location of chitin: x:\YourBGEEfolder\chitin.key
    IEEP effect dat: x:\YourDLTCEPfolder\BG1Effects.dat
    4. Check :
[v] BG1 style dialogs (no freezing...)
    [v] BG1 style area header
    [v] IWD2 style structures
    [v] Extended itemtypes
    [v] No compressed bams
    [v] No weapon proficiency
    5. Log type: Display, [v] Tooltips, [v] Preograssbar
    6. Click Save & Back
    7. Exit

    8. Now copy from; x:\BGEEfolder\Lang\XX_xx\ dialog.tlk to x:\BGEEfolder\
    9. Run DLTCEP
    10. Click on upper menu "Settings" and UNCHECK option "Read Only"
    11. Click for sure "Reload chitin, reload gamedata, reload dialog....."
    12. Tool is ready

    Tips:
Tool work very fast so if progressbar hangs, this means that the tool is suspended and need to Cancel operation and fix some wrong changes.

TIS editor does not work properly with BGEE, so try not to edit TIS files.

All changes are recorded in the override folder, so if something goes wrong U can easy delete it.

to see the changes in edited Dialog.tlk files, u need to copy it from x:\BGEEfolder\ to original lang folder x:\BGEEfolder\Lang\XX_xx\

BGEE is based on the BG2 engine; you'd be better off using the BG2ToB .dat file rather than the BG1 one.

I don't have DLTCEP (or BGEE) installed on this machine, but I'd imagine you'd want these unchecked:
[v] BG1 style dialogs (no freezing...)
    [v] BG1 style area header
    [v] IWD2 style structures
    [v] Extended itemtypes
    [v] No compressed bams
    [v] No weapon proficiency
