Reckless Dweomer: Chain casting bug

I did a quick search and couldn't see this bug reported here;
- Select "Cast Spell"
- Cast any spell
- Select "Cast Spell" before the first spell if finished.
- Cast Nahal's Reckless Dweomer
Even if you haven't selected a second spell to cast with Dweomer, you will get a guaranteed Wild Surge on the initial cast. I'm pretty sure this isn't the intended, behavior, and if it is I apologise for this post.

After some more testing, it appears like the spell you do select to cast with Dweomer gets a guaranteed cast. This seems potentially game-breaking. Obviously, you can just resist the urge to abuse it, but the below can conceivably be done:
- Cast a Lvl-1 Spell.
- Cast Dweomer before the Lvl-1 spell finishes (Wild Surge occurs).
- Select a Lvl-X spell (E.g. Cloudskill - Lvl-5, not castable normally at level 3)
- The spell selected will cast like normal (guaranteed)
- Select "Cast Spell"
- Cast any spell
- Select "Cast Spell" before the first spell if finished.
