Game crashes when resting at Feldepost's Inn

My game appears to crash whenever i attempt to rest at Feldeposts inn, no matter what room type.
Also, i noticed that the pictures for the noble and royal rooms in this inn are mixed up... Wonder if i'm the only one getting this.

EDIT: Allright, forget what i posted. Seems to be something wrong with my game as it occurs on every inn now...
