Enemies Disapearing

Issue: When I move out of sight/range of an enemy they disappear.
Expected behaviour: They should still be there when I go back.
By sight/range I mean the clear field of view surrounding the player. Out of range means the semi-grey the enemy is in (not fog of war). I THINK it mostly happens when an enemy has yet to attack, but it has also happened when one cast invisibility (I moved out of range during spell casting).
Check reported bugs but did not see this.
