Same as part 1/2/3 but focused on global properties

AX1H04 / AX1H05 / AX1H06 / AX1H16 / AX1H18
* Other thrown/missile weapon had a "modifed attack rate" attribute. This one doesn't. Not necessarily a bug since there are Melee/Ranged hybdrid, but i thought I'd mention it.

* Missing +1 Breath and +1 Spell save bonus

band03
* Missing +1 Breath and +1 Spell save bonus
* Magic damage resistance could be off. NI isn't being clear on this.

band04
* Missing +1 Breath and +1 Spell save bonus
* Missing +1 Intelligence bonus

BELT04
* Seems to have two different AC bonuses, and not just a +3 vs piercing. Could be Piercing and Missile though. NI isn't being very clear on this.

BELT15
* Does not display the cursed icon when equipped.

BELT16
* Does not display the resistance/weakness icons

BLUN41
* This one seems to have weird special properties (display portrait, stun chance, etc...) in general.

BOOT01
* The effect given is haste, not double movement

BOOT12
* Is there an immune to backstab icon? If so, it should be displayed. If not, maybe create one?

BOW09
* All other bows have a "modify attack per round" thing, this one doesn't

BRAC10
* Description [flavour text] seem to imply it only gives bonus to melee weapons. Implementation is THAC0 +1 Damage +2 for all weapons. Description or behaviour should be updated.

BRAC11
* Seem to have twice the casting failure for some reason. NI isn't being clear on this.

BRAC18
* Seems to have some superfluous entries. NI isn't being clear on this.

CHALHELM
* Resistance values are 50%, not 20%.
* Seems to be missing 1 elemental protection icon.

CHAN07
* If it's made of mithral alloy, shouldn't thieves be able to use their thieving abilities with it? Although it's not pure mithral so maybe this is normal/OK...

* The Blur ability should be mentionned in the description
* Is there a blur icon? If so it should be displayed. If not maybe create one?

* Is there a magic resistance icon? If so it should be displayed. If not maybe create one?

* Lack all abilities mentionned in description

* Lack all abilities mentionned in description

* Description should mention the 100% resitance to electricity bonus, since if you stack it with other electricity resistance item, you will be healed by lightning

* Is there a charm immunity icon? If so it should be displayed. If not maybe create one?

* Does not display the curse icon

* Name is Koveras' Ring of Protection, but the description calls it Ring of the Princes. Not necessarily wrong, since it is in all aspects a Ring of the Princes, but you kinda wonder why there's a special name for this one, or why the description doesn't acknowledge it...

* Sets Fire resistance is 100%, instead of 40% in the description

SHLD32
* Gives saves bonus for no real reason

* Other staffs have 2Set color" global effects. This one doesn't.

    Small bug.

    Doesn't display Protection from Cold in the character portrait / info.

    If you're getting unknown fields in NI, it means it doesn't recognize BGEE as a BG2 engine. Download a newer version that does.

    Yeah, axes don't get the ApR bump of darts, daggers, and bows.

    The problems with the saves were worse than you thought--the three saves it did provide were setting the save to one instead of improving them by one. band03 should be magic resistance, not magic damage resistance; also missing a portrait icon for magic resistance. All of these are fixed.

    This appears to be intentional. Most ammo is described as missile/piercing, even though its just missile, so the secondary bonus to missile is probably to mitigate this.

    Items flagged as cursed autmoatically show the cursed icon when equipped and don't need an explicit portrait icon opcode.

    There really aren't any icons for lowered elemental resistance unfortunately, but you'll at least get a fire resistance icon now.

    Works fine, just had a lot of redundancy. I've cleaned this up.

    No icon for this. I think we'd need some community input for expanding portrait icons, as there is an upper limit on BAM frames.

    This one should be for @Jalily since the other guantlets in the series provide bonuses for all weapons.

    One for arcane magic, one for divine. I did go ahead and delete the superfluous cursed portrait icons.

    There isn't, but it's not really a true blur anyway. It's really just there to present a visual effect of the cloak.

    Despite the names, these are really just to give groovy robed appearances to various (non-combat) mages, i.e. Gorion and Daer'Ragh.

    From BG2FP, this needed a lot more fixes. The icon is one, but it also failed to reflect most electrical projectiles, so this has been re-worked significantly.

    Mind shield is the standard icon, and it's got it.

    Nope! It's stated electrical reflection is just woefully incomplete--it's a bug we also have to address in the BG2 Fixpack.
