XP cap removal

Hey everyone,

I tried using the search, but that did not yield any sensible results. So, can anyone tell me how I can remove the XP cap in BG:EE? I would like to start playing the way I actually want to play, but can't until that is taken care of.

It would be kind of nice if there was a sticky regarding issues like XP cap removal, high res UI beta, shadowkeeper etc., wouldn't it?
