Vital Items [Spoilers]

So, you're running through the game and not going out of your way to grab every reward or finish every quest. Which items do you always pick up for your party? Which maps do you always go through for that one awesome quest?

Deucetipher

All tomes, Algernon's Cloak, Stupifier, 2 sets Ankheg Armor, both rings of wizardry, helm of Glory, Helm and Cloak of Balduran, Drizzt Gear (if not good), Dex Gaunts, Ogre Power Gaunts, Ring Protection +2, greenstone amulet, full plate, sandthief ring, specialization gauntlets, cloak of protection +2, rings of free action, shield amulet, boots of speed.

I'm sure I'm forgetting some pieces, but these are all pretty nice gear, and none of them really takes a huge effort to get, except the drizzt gear.

I generally always run through Durlag's, and will typically tackle werewolf, if only for the Chainmail+3 that can be taken to BG2.

The stat tomes and the golden pantaloons are the only must-haves, although other items that can transfer into BG2 are nice to have, I like the Claw of Kazgoroth since nearly anyone can use it. Seriously, aside from those I meander through the game, but usually I meander enough that I pick up nearly everything anyway.

+2 weapons are my priority. one time for rp reasons I let Greywolf live - never again. I also get the hammer of thunderbolts and the whistling short sword from that hobgoblin, but I always forget where exactly he is.
