Imoen won't rejoin the party and multiplayer issues

in BG:EE Bugs (v1.2)
I have kicked Imoen to try out some other NPC's, but when I spoke to her again to get her back in my party, she has nothing to say to me, and I can't initiate a dialog. Bug or what? Does my reputation (12) has anything to do with it?

Secondly, I am the host and I play with my brother, and he keeps getting kicked out of the game, it's really annoying. Is there any fix to that?

    i can confirm a similar issue on multiplayer after removing branwen i am unable to speak to her again. i also have the same issue with yeslick should i remove him
