Alternative path to Candlekeep

In brief, allow the player who has located the Log Book of Balduran (market value 5,000 Gold) and has received documentation in the top floor of the Iron Throne to enter Candlekeep, without needing to be under the employ of Duke Eltan.

Ultimately this allows a more independent character to progress through the plot in character, without meaningfully changing the plot.

    Sounds solid... The only other use for the book is to sell it right?

    Correct, the book's only purpose currently is vendor trash.

    Makes sence, in pretty few places there is an info about 5000gp book so NOT letting someone with book of that worth in always seemed a bug for me.
