Can't wear the glimmering bands

My lawful neutral monk can't use the glimmering bands, even if it is clearly stated that it is usable by that alignment.

    Yeah, I wondered about this. I assume they are actually intended to be specific to rasaad, but it's not reflected in their usable by column.
    I recommend doing a bug report for this.

    Glimmering Bands says useable by:

    Lawful Good
    Monk
    Human

    If your Monk is LN, that's not LG.
