Cast Spell; Use Item; Special Ability Bars - After Quick Load

After a 'quick load' a character's Cast Spell; Use Item and Special Abilities bars are overlayed on top of the command bar. When selecting the whole party, the last character to have been selected will have their command bar overlayed ont op of the formation bar. Loading from the Save/Load screen does not cause this problem, neither should quick loading using the keyboard shortcut.
