This is a game I'll happily play through multiple times, so maybe giving the option of playing through the whole game again on 'hard-mode' could accomodate that. Obvious inclusions would be: higher level monsters, smarter AI, bosses with reduced casting times, better gear etc.

Either that or make the Black Pits a bit more challenging
