Can not run the game

Hello

I have installed this game on win 7, it asked to have Openall32.dll when i downloaded it it worked fine on win 7. Now i have just installed it on XP (another computer - Laptop) and when i click Baldur.exe This message appears:
"This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect, Reinstalling the application may fix the problem." But reinstalling does not solve the problem. Please help

    Use the launcher, it seems like you use 'baldur.exe' which isn't the launcher, download all patches, install openal (if you haven't)?
