Inconsistency of display time of the day (Area Map preview)

Current Behaviour: Area Map Preview doesn't display time of the night in most areas. The night time is shown properly in Friendly Arm Inn or High Edge, however.

Expected Behaviour: Accurate areas display depends on a time of the day (During a night all areas should be darken in Area Map Preview, just like BG2).
