[minor] Spell icons pixelated in wide screen view.

in BG:EE Bugs (v1.2)
When in full screen mode on a 22" monitor both cleric a mage spell icons are displayed enlarged, pixelated, and thus ugly _but only in the mage book and priest scroll_.

Couldn't find any other graphic affected the same way in the full screen mode.

    Yes, this annoys me, too. At 1920x1080 the spell icons are a mess. Turning off UI-scaling fixes the issue, at the expense of making them tiny. I think this is a less of a bug and more that the spellbook icons are simply too low-res for the resolution most people play at.

    The icons are a mess at the spellbook page. But they appear correct at the spell description page.

    I believe this to be part of a broader problem that involves the upscaling algorithm in use for the GUI.

    @Zeckul, I remember you bringing the matter up: Did you also redmine it?

    @AndreaColombo yes it's issue Windows #601, been a month since anything happened with that.
