Journal onclick event

After scrolling in the journal, the entry on which you release the mouse button from is entered. This makes navigating the journal difficult.

I'd expect the onclick event to be disabled if you just scrolled.

    This is kind of annoying, however, there's a way to scroll without going to edit mode.
    If you release the mouse button at the center of top/bottom on the black bars instead of on the Journal page proper, it doesn't automatically go to edit mode.

    I know, but still, I wouldnt mind a proper implementation.
