Journal infinite scroll

You can scroll infinitely (probably) far down and up when navigating the journal, even though there is no text there.

I'd expect there to be a scroll lock when navigating outside the focus of the journal text.

    Yep, this is very annoying. It sometimes locks himself far down, and if you page back you could think all your quests are gone bec. you see nothing. (Quest pages). You see nothing AND the scrolling doesn't work either. Only if you move the page with the scroll bar at the side then you can navigate back to the quest entries, and find the lost pages again. It happens randomly after watching quests / done quests pages.
