Rasaad - have I missed his romance option?!

So, I've got to Chapter 5 and have completed Rasaad's quest... have I missed something in terms of romance options? At the beginning of the game he did go on about moonlight and water etc. and I thought I answered in a flirty enough way ;) but since then, haven't heard anything other than the quest... Has anyone "completed" a romance with Rasaad?? Help appreciated!

    I'm having the same problem. I finished his quest and when I use the CLUAConsole to get the global, it gives me a 5. What the heck is a 5? We've ascended into a relationship where we're meeting only in our minds?? That would be my luck - my imaginary pixeled romance is only in their minds, too...

    Seriously, though, I'd love to hear from someone who may have completed the romance (or at least advanced further than I have). It's been a few days since we finished his quest and Rasaad still has nothing to say to me. Is there really that little content to his romance or is something awry?

    I think you need to be of good alignment to romance rasaad. I could be wrong?

    Well, a little bit after I completed his quest we had a short dialogue which ended with me saying something like "we're in this together" or something like that, which seemed to be the most appropriate course of action to get, well, some action!! Since then there's been nothing though. I'm wondering if that's it for BGEE and maybe if there's a BG2EE then the romance will have the possibility of continuing, as others have suggested for other romances... will keep you posted if anything else happens, but I think it's just a case of waiting. (I'm Neutral Good this playthrough btw :))

    The BGEE "romance" is more of light flirting/interested dialogue. It's only a "starter romance." The romance paths for all 3 new NPCs will be fleshed out and go into more detail in BG2EE.

    @boosgirl - I had that little chat after the quest and still nothing for me, either. I haven't had time to play it much lately, though. Keep me posted and I'll do the same for you, if I happen to get farther first. I really hope that's not all there is.


    *Slight spoiler for BG2 below*

    @Zarffyn - It's good to know that they plan on continuing the new romances in BG2ee. BG2 is my absolute FAV of the 3 games - there is no other villian like Irenicus!! So, it will be great to see them (the new npcs) there. I really have to say, though, that if what I've seen is all there is to the Rasaad romance in BG1ee, they should have just added that to BG2 and left him out of BG1. BG is an incredibly long game (if you travel everywhere) and to only talk to your romanceable companion 3 or 4 times and then only once after their quest is just a major buzzkill.

    That said, I don't like that we can't spend more time talking to ALL of our companions. They give us such interesting characters, but they don't allow us develop appropriate relationships with them. The BG NPC project was the best thing EVER. I can only hope the developers/writers give us more in BG2ee!!!
