Completed BG. What now?

Hi

So I just killed Sarevok and it made a final save game. After that it plays a cinematic and the game ends. Is there no way of continuing the game after that? There are still lots of areas that I haven't visited yet. Should I have visited areas and done all the other quests BEFORE killing Sarevok?

Wait till BG2 comes out and import your old character to it.

But yeah. Besides that, all you can do is load an old save and go do those things first.

Ok thanks. I remember when Tales of the Sword Coast came out, you could play it after killing Sarevok, but I don't remember how it worked exactly (the mechanics of save/load/import character).

Playing ToTSC after defeating sarevok only worked if you installed ToTSC after beginning your game - with BG:EE thats not possible (they are installed together). You could load a save fron earlier and go finish those areas you missed but you could also just start a new campaign - different class different party etc...
