Casting spells - empty slots between actual spells

I play lvl3 Avenger. When I click "cast spell" icon, my 2nd level spells are separated. There is one blank square between them. I would understand no blanks or blank between lvl1 and lvl2, but blank in tke middle of lvl2 makes no sence.
Hint: blank is where my char has his blank on main window, after clicking "cast spells" his action buttons gets reused, but blank no.

I entirely agree with you. It would be nice to see a blank space between levels of spell.

The action buttons are separated in 4's groups. Do you mean that?

They was not in original BG as far as I remember. OK, maybe they was on the main bar, but not on the spells bar. It's pretty irritating as it steals from number of spells we can see at once and it's a step back from original.

You can have as many as physically fits on your screen. I just want that back and as I see it wasting space is a regression bug.

@Avenger_teambg Would it be possible to put a thin line or something between groups of 4 instead of wasting two whole squares? Also, currently the arrow buttons that appear after you get enough spells replace the F1 and F12 functions. This causes the spells to be grouped 3 - 4 - 3 instead of 4 - 4 - 4.
