Latest patch crashes

I didn´t have any crashes or game-breaking issues before latest patch. Now it occurs from time to time, starting with various sound glitches, like sound loop or sound fading out in certain places, then when I try to reload, the game will crash. I can´t recall anything specific before it occurs. Last time it happened when I entered new area.
