Minsc WON"T shut up!

Minsc keeps repeating his line "Camaraderie, adventure, and steel on steel. The stuff of legend, right, Boo?" NONSTOP. He says this line over and over again in little bouts like he's suddenly got OCD. This happened in a multiplayer game after me and one of the other people in our group of 3 finished getting in custom portraits and character bios. After that, I had to deal with Minsc saying this line again...and again...and again...nonstop. He seems to have stopped now but.....

Anyways, it was one of those bugs that would ruin our save. I'm not kicking Minsc but I can't listen to him talking nonstop.

    Does it help if you kick him out and then re-recruit him?

    Kicking him out didn't help. Traveling didn't. Reloading didn't.

    You could try to kill and resurrect him, without him getting aggro on your group of course. Never seen a talking corpse yet ;)

    Go to Durlags Tower and send him alone to a mob of monsters or something.
