Jester's Confusing himself

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but sometimes after a fight that my Jester has been using his Bardic song he will end up confusing himself and I'll lose control of him. I don't think it is intended and it only seems to affect himself (not my other party members).

    That's not good! Hope this isn't the case, or if it is that it's fixed soon... Kind of defeats the point of the song

    It is just really random, I tend to keep my jester singing the bard song and every once in awhile he confuses himself and stops. Luckily he isn't much of a threat at the moment to my own party....but as the protagonist it would suck if it happened in combat (somehow a round of confusion leading to his death).
