Store Tab in Game

in New Players (NO SPOILERS!)
When the game starts, there is the store option but buy now is greyed out, is this something left over from when the game originally was out or am I somehow missing something? Just wondering how to unlock that stuff should I choose to.

    It's there for when they eventually come out with DLC. Right now, if you've got the PC version, there is no extra content to but.
