Brage respawns

Don't know if anybody else has experienced this, I completed the Brage
quest (ending at the temple of Helm), but - he respawned in my last
session (at the original camp site). Didn't move the party too close,
as doing so may have risked triggering the original dialogue again and breaking my game.
