Where is a good mod for skin tones/color

Would like a red style skin for my Native American Kensai Axe Warrior. Is there any mod that you can use to fill in all those gaps of skin tones?

    ShadowKeeper can change armor colors to more then available ingame. I can't remember if you can change skin color but it might be worth a look.

    Yep; skin, hair, leather, armor, metal, and (of course) the major/minor colors.
