Using cheat codes to get items missed due to bugs

I've been reading the updates, and this thread and noticed I missed a couple of items due to bugs, specifically the scroll case Scroll case - Firebead quest reward (I did this quest before v1.1.2011 came out) and the Elvan chain Dorn's attackers are supposed to drop.

I recall that there was a cheatcode back in the day you could use to get any item, if you looked up its code on a table. Is it still in the game and do we know the numbers for the new items? Could I use it to get these two items? The armour is pretty optional, but I'd really like that scroll case.
