Allows you to recruit NPC's before you should be able to?

For example, I want to do a run with some NPC's you can't get until Cloakwood or BG. But I like to do almost the entire game with one party.

I'd like to get Alora and Skie into my party, but I want to do it before chapter five or whichever one you need to get into BG.

    I think CLUAing MoveToArea and picking them up and then MoveToAreaing back would be easier than installing a mod.

    For BG:EE, not yet although Moopy's answer is probably the best you will get right now. For the 'old' mods, you can find various ones that do just what you are looking for (like Sword Coast Stratagems option of 'Convenient NPC Locations')
