    I requested something similar about a week ago. In Icewind Dale, notable fights have extra combatants on Insane mode. For example, while fighting the first major boss on Insane mode, two extra mages spawn BEHIND your party mid-way through the fight, causing all sorts of problems. It's quite fun.

    Having a pair of vampire mages alongside Bodhi, or having Firkraag summon a swarm of Orogs when he gets injured, would be interesting.
