Journal Empty, Help please

I went to play my game and my journal is devoid of all quest info, all that remains is important events telling me to go to Nazkul mines, very frustrating...

    Go through an area transition and the entries should return.

    Tried that, will do so again, wonder if it has to do with my save being during a interruption in the travel to a location by enemies...

    Tried to go to a different place and it fixed, go figure, thanks :)

    After 6 patches on a so-called `Enhanced` Edition, the journal is still so broken that it is virtually useless. The entries disappear, you can't scroll up of down, the fonts are out of place, etc. The UI of the journal is also horrible and ugly, way worse than the lovely art of the original one which was brilliant:
