Which files to save when reinstalling

Maybe the topic name isnt the greatest but anyways..
I got BGEE installed on my primary harddrive and since its getting full, I decided to uninstall it and reinstall in on another harddrive but the thing is that I have exported a character that I want to keep.

Anyone who knows which file to save? Also is that the same file that I can put somewhere in my BG2 map and use that character?

Savegames and characters. Character files are what you use to import to BG2.
