battle bugs

I'm having one heck of a time.... in some areas my people move so slow you'd think I had a slow spell on em. In "major" battles the screen sticks, flicks and becomes unbearable to play . I am trying to beat Saverok and with the bugs it's just impossible .. PLEASE FIX IT
