Dual Classing: Berserker to Cleric spell issue

Observed: A berserker dualled to cleric permanently has the spell icon greyed out, but if the quick spell icons are right clicked one could cast spells through that. A normal fighter dualled to cleric has the appropriate spell icon working.

Expected: Both dual classes should be able to cast without needing to go through quick spells.

This happens when I dual class my lvl 7 berserker to an lvl 8 druid in the black pits ... casting bar greys out after completing druid level 8 ...
