[Request] Wand of Frost able to cast Ice Storm

As the title says, I'd like the Wand of Frost to be able to cast Ice Storm, much like how the Wand of Fire is able to select between Agannazar's Scorcher and Fireball. I was rather surprised when I did a search and found that no results came up about this. I don't know how complicated it would be to implement, but it would be nice to have this option (which brings the item a bit more in line with the description in the 2nd edition Dungeon Master Guide). Anyone else interested in this?

    I certainly am... I rarely use that wand and would use it MUCH more often if I could icestorm with it
