Character hitpoints between difficulty settings

If importing chara with random hitpoints to a game with full hitpoints on level up, his HP should be maximized. If importing chara from easy difficulty setting to one with randomized hitpoints per level, HP should be randomized. That way ppl joining the group in multi would not get rewards from using easier settings on their own.
It would be nice if HP would *always* be rolled and difficulty settings would change if chara is using her rolled or her max, even inside one game. This would solve the previous paragraph and and additional benefit would be "hard game is hard no matter what difficulty you used before".
